Today, we're establishing these guidelines to inform users on how to properly engage in "civilized discussions" within hitorino.

Hitorino aims to foster a safe, private, civilized, and friendly community atmosphere. Codes and rules are merely tools necessary for achieving this goal. However, there is one critical and indispensable element—people.
