Code of Conduct For Talents
Understanding Your Public Presence
Performers must fully acknowledge their public identity when appearing on streaming platforms. Every public statement or performance can be viewed, recorded, and scrutinized. Therefore, we require all hitorino.tv performers to:
- Act with Caution and Discretion: Carefully manage your speech and actions in public, never allowing personal emotions or private affairs to negatively affect your public image.
- Strict Community Management: Maintain a healthy and orderly fan community; refrain from disseminating any content that might negatively impact other performers, groups, companies, or individuals.
A credible and firmly upheld code of conduct prevents us from becoming mere entertainers or "clowns," instead allowing us to become respected and admired idols. We firmly believe positive public influence can contribute beneficially to society. Therefore, these guidelines aim to ensure our entertainment and services create a healthy, respectful, and aspirational environment for all.
Before becoming virtual streamers, we have fully recognized the public influence and social responsibility this profession entails. We understand clearly that every action and statement may lead to positive or negative consequences. Hence, we pledge to:
- Clearly separate our personal lives, emotions, financial or health conditions from our work.
- Clearly differentiate private lives from role-playing during work, fully immersing ourselves in our characters, and maintaining community standards.
- Uphold our commitment to building a healthy community.
Whether you are our loyal supporter or simply a viewer, we rely on your supervision and support to uphold the credibility of our guidelines and maintain a safe community environment.
