A Fleeting Touch of Kindness
Raised in Japan, Hikari inherited her mother's reserved and restrained personality. Her ethereal beauty and long jet-black hair often inspire awe and a sense of distance. She once shared a brief but blissful childhood with her younger half-sister Nøva in Norway, before returning to the East to live strictly in accordance with her mother’s expectations. Eventually, she returned to Norway to enroll in a local medical university, preparing to succeed her father’s position at Ravenscorp.
Hikari has a younger sister, Nøva, born to a Norwegian woman of humble background—entirely unlike Hikari’s aristocratic mother. After the family left Asia, Harald secretly started a new family. When he suddenly returned to Norway with young Hikari and her mother, the hidden relationship was exposed, leading to serious consequences. As the heiress of a powerful Asian dynasty, Hikari’s mother initially planned to eliminate Nøva. Fortunately, thanks to the firm intervention of both Hikari and Harald, the plan was never carried out. Even so, Hikari’s mother turned to tormenting the young Nøva instead.
During this painful period, it was Hikari’s constant comfort and unwavering support that became Nøva’s only solace. Their shared hardship only deepened the bond between them. However, those peaceful days didn’t last—when Hikari reached school age, she had to return to Asia, and Nøva’s fate became unknown.
Ten years later, Hikari returns to Norway once more—this time, summoned by her father to transfer into the local biomedical program as preparation to eventually take over the company. Yet Hikari herself has no interest in inheriting the family business. All she wants is to be reunited with the only family that truly matters to her.
Though she appears every bit the graceful, noble Yamato Nadeshiko, in truth—she's an unabashed little sister fanatic.

@hitorino
This graceful Yamato Nadeshiko from East Asia—Hikari Sunnvei—carries a calm and composed demeanor that makes her difficult to approach. Though she speaks eloquently, is well-read, and maintains a polite presence when interacting with viewers, in truth, she remains deeply guarded toward the outside world, placing her trust in Nøva alone. Earning Hikari's deep trust and friendship is no easy feat—it is a journey that demands patience, empathy, and time.
:valhalla-logo: The Singleplayer campaign offers a more profound emotional experience. As a central figure in the hitorino-II Program, with a complete and carefully written character arc, Hikari brings depth and complexity to the narrative. Her story is filled with sorrow and harsh realities, resonating with those who appreciate heavy storytelling and rich character development.
This reflects hitorino’s distinctive creative vision—an artistic innovation that fuses the stylized aesthetics of ACG (anime, comics, and games) with the somber, introspective storytelling found in European arthouse cinema. The result is a work that appeals not only to longtime fans of the genre, but also to a broader and more mature audience, including those previously skeptical of ACG and those who seek art in its most emotional form.
